We conceived and crafted a training module that serves as a user-friendly, interactive, and immensely captivating multimedia tool. This tool harnesses the capabilities of speech recognition to educate individuals who aren’t native English speakers in the art of spoken English. The application was launched in both DVD and web versions and incorporates functionalities like speech recognition, safeguarding against duplication, and online authentication.
Furthermore, we developed a Content Management System (CMS) tasked with storing and assembling resources and media into a format suitable for utilization by the player on the front end. Additionally, we designed a Support System for Product Activation. This web-based application is robust and scalable, serving the purpose of managing requests for activating the product (similar to how Microsoft’s products are activated). It also includes an administrative interface that aids customer support staff in dealing with inquiries related to activation and deactivation.
